Abstract

Peace and war begin at home. If we truly want peace in the world, let
us begin by loving one another in our own families. If we want to
spread joy, we need for every family to have joy. - Mother Teresa

What does peace and quiet in your home sound like?

If you can't answer any of the above, you are not alone.

Parents ask: "What happened to that sweet child that used to live
here?"

Teens answer: "My parents don't understand. I need to experience
things for myself!"

With a lack of communication between parents and their teens, it seems
as if they are from other planets and speak different languages. Both
parents and teens feel frustration and anger.

Teens are under constant peer pressure, and on a daily basis face
gangs, drugs, violence, sex, teen pregnancy etc. Loneliness is a major
part of many of their lives. They don't talk to their peers for fear
of looking stupid, and believe that they can't talk to their parents
either because they think their parents don't understand.

Teenagers need and want a better relationship with their parents. They
want the guidance that a parent can give. Yet they want and need their
independence too.

How do you meet the needs of the teenagers and their parents in a
win-win way?

We've found that the solution is simple: Bridging the communication gap
between teens and parents allows each side to drop their weapons and
begin the peace process. We believe that there are no bad kids nor bad
parents, simply ineffective strategies. Because the needs of
adolescents are so different than the needs of children, the old
strategies that once worked perfectly, no longer work!

Using NLP Strategies, we will show you how to create the new strategies
you need to bridge the communication gap between you and your teen and
to put the joy, respect and trust back into your family relationships
and stop the battles!

What is NLP?

NLP is a scientific way to remove the emotional Filters, Deletions and
Distortions so that people can talk at the most important level - from
the heart. Understanding what you are communicating is fundamental, yet
it is this understanding that is missing in parent and teen
relationships. NLP is not a tool to manipulate, but rather a tool to
communicate effectively, and bypass years of accumulated preconceptions
and anger.

Heads up: There's an ongoing spamdexing of Google searchbot algorithms. Sites that are 'copies of copies' and cloaked sites which include Zorgium keywords presented to search engine crawlers yet garbage content presented to human visitors were hosted on thousands of IP addresses and domains registered immediately after the introduction of Zorgium in November of 2009. The Hostgator/'The Planet'/Softlayer datacenters in Texas seem to be the epicenter of this activity in conjunction with anonymously registered domains of various TLD's but primarily .info domains at Godaddy which, in our opinion, has some sort of connection to the domains of goldmint.in and goldmint.org. Google has begun to notice this and has begun to lower the ranking of these sites and put our original sites back on top of the search rankings. These actions, as far as we can tell, negatively impact the use of the keyword 'zorgium' as a search term and provided little benefit, if any, to the perpetrators.

ZORGIUM note to content providers: If you don't want your page to appear in Zorgium's search abstraction then put an exclusion for "Zorgium" in your web server's robots.txt file.
